Uttarakhand UK opinion poll conducted by the VDPAsscociates 2017, clearly shows the majority to BJP; Bharatiya Janta Party may win 40 seats with the vote percentage of 39 and Congress may win 24 seats with vote percentage 34%. There is not much difference in vote percentages, but when it comes to a number of seats from the constituency, there is a margin on 16 seats whereas BSP may win two seats, and others may win four seats. harish rawat is the first CM of uttarakhand. rest of all were just useless. harish rawat is the only leader who can stay as single CM for 5 years in uttarakhand history. Harish rawat is the face of congress in uttarakhand. uttarakhand bjp is totally depend on modi factor. UK BJP’s victory will only be modi’s victory. if BJP does not win (by 40+ seats) then it will be a slap on modi govt by Harish rawat.
